Schrödingers Stuckness.

Walk with me down memory lane, to Schrödinger’s Paradox:
- Cat in a box with a poison vial linked to a random activity (radioactive decay).
- The box is closed.
- The cat is 'alive and dead' until you open it—collapsing possibility into reality.
- Observation creates the reality you see.
Now… Schrödinger’s Stuckness.
Stuckness only exists when you're telling yourself that you’re stuck.
The act of naming stuckness creates the stuckness.
Instead of flowing with life in reality, you’ve ‘pulled back’ into the realm of mental fabrication.
When you're deep in thought, caught in analysis paralysis, stricken with fear, picture your body: standing still or glued to the chair, literally and figuratively not moving. Stuck.
You’re off in fantasy land. And here, in the imaginary territory of the mind where paradox and impossibilities co-exist, it’s entirely possible to get stuck. To climb Penrose Staircases and run the Red Queen’s Race.

Not a single thing in Life is stuck. Everything moves, flows, changes. This is the law, not the exception.
'Not Stuck' and 'Life' are basically synonyms.
You’re only stuck when you tell yourself you are. In telling yourself that you are stuck, you become stuck. You speak the reality of stuckness into being. And if you never tell yourself you’re stuck—you’re not!
You remain free to respond. To flex your agency and make sh*t happen.
Do you have air in your lungs? Do you have strength in your bones? Can you speak? Are you alive? Then you’re not f*cking stuck!
You might feel justified in claiming stuckness because you keep recreating a specific situation in your life.
I call this 'looping'. It's not being stuck. The difference is that you are energetically creating a similar circumstance despite being a different person in a different reality.
“No man enters the same river twice. For it is not the same river and he is not the same man.” — Heraclitus
There is an unhealed part of you, an unintegrated lesson, waiting for you. The lesson is so important that it morphs itself into your new set of circumstances.
"Gee, thank you, Mr. Important Life Lesson, for not giving up on me." 🥺
Lowkey though, come here for a moment—friend to friend—it’s a weird flex of your willpower to pull yourself out of the flow of life and get caught up in the fictional story of stuckness. I care about you bro. You gotta stop this. Deep breath, bro. Find the next best step and take it. That's it. You can do it. No more stuckness. Easy.
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." — John 1:1
One of Adam’s first tasks in the Bible is to name all Earthly creatures.
You see it? Language creates the world. You live inside language. It is a great power. Use it wisely.
“The syntactical nature of reality, the real secret of magic, is that the world is made of words. And if you know the words that the world is made of, you can make of it whatever you wish.” — Terence McKenna
If you are done playing the victim (and if you read this, I suspect you are): remove stuckness from your vocabulary.
You are not stuck.
You are unbelievably, wildly free.
Deep breath, jump in, go play,
