ABOUT.

Phoenix Culture was a cultural studio and experimental organization I founded and ran for several years. Focused on creating cultural architects, individuals with the desire, drive, and agency to make radical shifts in their lives and cultures.

Our pioneering work was the 100 Days, welcoming hundreds into a multi-month group discipline challenge. Unlocking deeper levels of self-respect, discipline, passion, and purpose. 

WORK.

• Drafted the whitepaper, founded the company, and created the cultural foundations for a movement of hundreds.
• Created, designed, sold, and facilitated the HERO100 (2x), stewarding 200+ through a 100-day transformational challenge.
• Created, designed, sold, and facilitated the WARRIOR100, stewarding 75+ through a 100-day discipline/warrior challenge.
• Led collaboration with Keystone Habit Tracker – custom challenge integration to allow mobile app community and challenge tracker.
• Created, designed, sold, and facilitated Radical Redesign, a 10-day lifestyle reset.
• Created, designed, sold, and facilitated The Dojo, an online community.
• End-to-end execution from website development, app development, experience design, brand foundations, social media management, ad production, and more.
• Trained 12+ individuals into facilitation positions.
