Blood & Ink: The Year of Courage

May 2025 be your year of courage…
This is my wish for you.
May this be the year you find the soft, still voice in your heart and let it guide you.
May this be a year where the unrelenting boldness of your human spirit triumphs over the panoply of fears conjured up from the unaligned imagination.
Courage takes many forms.
At times it is obvious. The courage to say the unpopular opinion. To stand up against tyrannical forces. To push yourself beyond your limits, into the ripe fields of new growth.
At other times, courage takes a different form.
- The courage to be vulnerable, and share more of yourself with a world so ready to receive all of you.
- The strength to let the heart lead, and reclaim its rightful place atop the integrated whole of your being.
- To be soft and open in a world you believe wants you to be rigid and closed.
- To do the right thing—the best thing for you and the world—when no one else will see it and there will be no grand celebration for completing it.
Courage is simple when not overcomplicated.
- The quiet choice to find the Good in each day.
- A small prayer of gratitude before a meal with healthy loved ones around you.
- The miraculous decision to believe in yourself and allow the best parts of you to rise to the surface.
- To live unapologetically.
- To read poetry instead of the latest productivity listicle.
The courage to live fully.
May we all find this courage in 2025.
To align ourselves with the rhythms of nature. To flow with the brilliant unfolding. To rest, play, laugh, and dance through the fires of transformation and initiation.
May 2025 be your year of courage.
I love you,
EB.
