Some accounts have Plato settling disagreements simply by flexing. 😅 His body and wrestling prowess were enough of an argument against his adversary.

Many of us are over-indexed on one.

Find the balance, and cultivate Mind and Body. Both of these pursuits, cultivating the mind and the body, require the cultivation of the Spirit to see them through to completion.
