32 Reflections for 32 Years. 🪷
A reminder to myself on my birthday.

Today I turn 32…
(I wrote this yesterday, don’t worry.)
I wanted to sit down and write some reminders to myself. Below are a few pithy maxims — gentle reminders for myself to move forward with. These have gotten me through the good, the bad, and the impossible over the years.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I’ve enjoyed living with them.
- This moment is the youngest you will ever be again.
- Nothing matters without your health.
- Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
- Reality is complete as it is.
- You’re perfect just as you are… and you could use a little work.
- Discipline is an act of profound self-love.
- Time in nature heals most things.
- True failure only arrives when you stop trying.
- If you feel distant from God – who moved?
- Seek that which makes you come alive.
- You will never have enough Bitcoin.
- Don’t take it personally.
- Living is the art of dying gracefully.
- Never let them break your spirit.
- Do not sacrifice the meaningful for the expedient.
- The Work, works.
- Let go, or be dragged.
- The only person responsible for meeting your needs is you.
- 20% inspiration, 80% perspiration.
- If you want to change the world, change yourself.
- People respond to vibes first. Act accordingly.
- The opportunity you’re waiting for is the one right in front of you.
- Sonder: Everyone has a life as complex as your own. Be kind.
- Gratitude is the appropriate response to the gift of life.
- Do The Thing.
- Don’t die with things left unsaid.
- No moment is guaranteed, waste no time.
- Do no harm, take no shit.
- Love yourself enough to do your best.
- Make giving a damn cool again.
- How you do anything is how you do everything.
- Never stray from the Way.
🦁 Love and power, EB.
