**The origin, the journey, and the destination are the same: the practice.** 

*Where is it you think you’re going? Somewhere other than here?*

Your entire life is here, now.

What you seek is here, now.

**Your path is your practice.**

You do not practice to get somewhere. You practice because you have arrived. You practice to arrive fully.

**Reclaim the fullness, presence, passion, and purpose of the already-awake vitality coursing through your veins.**

Drop the idea that you are on a route to a destination.
